I Came, I Saw, I Conquered
Twenty-two years ago, I was once an alien in U.S. I came from a small town in Germany, barely able to speak English. The things I had with me were 2 suitcases, $1,500 in my pocket, and an ambitious dream of being able to stand in front of my first build house, owning a portfolio of almost 50 rental properties.
I've never been to the U.S. I never knew anyone, and no one knew who I was. I took the biggest gamble of my life to be where I am today. Within 9 years of sheer work ethic, self-education, shifting of mindset, and consistency, I advanced rapidly in the career path I chose. From a Financial Analyst, I became the CFO of a $150 million company.
Just when I thought I was already living the best days of my life, 2016 came. Suddenly, I became unemployed and that's where things turned upside down. The feeling in my stomach fueled me to learn how the wealthy invest, how to create monthly income, how to use debt as wealth creator, how to take advantage of inflation, how the tax code works and how to make money work for me to ultimately beat a game that is rigged against the middle class.
I've been there. I have worked for a job I did not like. I followed a blueprint that got me out of it, and the same works for you. We want the same thing- to be financially free, to quit working, to spend more time with our loved ones, and to never be stressed anymore over money. All while learning new experiences.
I want to help you in building the foundation for those things. You can be wherever you want to be. If I can do it, I'm sure you can, too.
