Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery
  • Order Confirmation: Upon purchasing a coaching or mentoring session, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

  • Service Scheduling: Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule your coaching or mentoring session.

  • Delivery Method: Coaching and mentoring sessions will be delivered via Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams.

Session Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Initial Scheduling: Our team will coordinate with you to find a suitable time for your session.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at marco@livefreebydesign.com or (251) 319-5112. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.

No-Show Policy

  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.
